Look at it this way, Google for Jobs works in fractured markets - great for UK, US. However since AU is dominated by 1 player its hard to convince users to search for a job on google.

* How is Google going to get all the SME jobs?
* Why would SEEK allow google to index the jobs?
( SEEK does not allow any other job board, aggregator or search engine to scrape it. It fiercly protects its IP's (ie job content). The only exception to this is JORA (however SEEK owns JORA)
