Red Rock Resources AIM:RRR, sold JMS shares for one reason 'desperate for cash'. They have said, sale of Greenland assets and El Limon gold mine are imminent, nothing has happened. RRR have also sold half their royalty interest in Mount Isa and Mount Mason.
The equity swap looks odd as the longterm investor swapped low priced JMS for low priced RRR stock, no doubt Mr Bell lapped that one up.
