Performance rights!!!
He should be taking a pay cut, with the performance in the last year. Taking performance rights is just down right cheeky. A man with honour would refuse to accept them, given the lack of shareholder returns over the last year.
Do any directors have honor anymore? Not just here, but across the board (as in ASX).
It's time Super funds started to stand up for their constituents and vote this type of action down. Where has integrity gone?
