Nice to see Bingo’s independent chairman and non executive director, Michael Coleman, pick up 15,000 shares the other day (on August 23)
The high was $2.37 that day and the low $2.21.
He is also a director at Planet Ark which has this profile;
Non executive director, Barry Buffier, acquired 20,000 the same day .
Long-serving NSW Environmental Protection Agency chairman and CEO Barry Buffier quietly resigned over Christmas, four months after having referred his own department to ICAC following a Four Corners report into the sector.
"The Four Corners program contained allegations about corruption in the waste industry and suggested, or implied, corrupt conduct through inaction by the EPA in response to notifications of illegal waste activities," Buffier said, after the ABC uncovered a recording of the EPA's director of waste management Steve Beaman joking with industry representatives about how no one complies with the interstate waste tracking system.
But Buffier, once described as "the most powerful public servant in NSW" by Labor's Luke Foley, has landed on his feet. He's kicking off his non-executive career at Bingo Industries, the waste management company whose ASX code is, appropriately, BIN. Chairman Michael Coleman said on Monday that Buffier's "extensive experience across important regulatory areas that directly impact Bingo [make Buffier] a very valuable addition to the board".
Funnily enough, Bingo also featured in that same Four Corners investigation that forced Buffier to call in ICAC. It was quietly resigned over Christmas, four months after having referred his own department to ICAC following a Four Corners report into the sector.

Funnily enough, Bingo also featured in that same Four Corners investigation that forced Buffier to call in ICAC. It was one of several companies trucking waste to Queensland to avoid the $141.70 per tonne landfill levy charged in New South Wales. Queensland introduced a $70 per tonne levy in June.”
