Don't want to be my usual pessimistic self, but unless there is some really good guidance, I think we are looking at the 12 months to see some decent price appreciation. I don't think Chinese blue sky will be enough, not after a pretty disappointing 12 months. I was always in for the long haul, so doesn't worry me too much, but would be nice to get at least some feeling that things will improve long term.
