re: Ann: Appendix 3Y - Change in Director'... I disagree if the director is allowed to buy stock under ASX rules (which in this case I am sure he was) then whether he bought 40 000 shares or 400k shares is of no consequence in a stock turning over as much as ICG does.

A director escrowing shares he had no intention of selling anyway and another director committing loose change are good PR nothing else.

I might add for the record I sold my ICG last week having originally bought in the 3s and gave had a bit of fun with a few other stocks while I await the "not before the last week of February" timeframe.

I would prefer to buy back into a rising SP on my re-entry as well.

So I am not entirely sure what the recent director purchase confirms apart from the fact the director in question had $5k spare at some point last week.
