FGX used to be under NTA and now it's share price has a premium. I went to one of their investor presentations. They have indicated that two large holders sold their stake which was why FGX was lower than NTA. Took a while for FGX to recover and WLE would take a while to recover but highly likely that WLE will follow what happened to FGX even it is because of the options issued previously.
