"WAM Leaders' NTA before tax decreased 1.7% in the 12 months to 30 June 2020, including the 6.25 cents per share of full franked dividends paid to shareholders during the year. This decrease is after corporate tax paid of 2.2 cents per share or 1.7% during the year and the performance fee payable of 1.5%*. Corporate tax payments made throughout the year and the performance fee payable at the end of year were the major items of difference between the investment portfolio performance of 2.7% and the NTA performance. [...] Other items contributing to the change in value of the assets during the year were management fees of 1.0% and other company related expenses of 0.2%."
