Just checked the other LICs in the WAM stable. Geoff is selling down his holding in WAX which is trading at a significant premuim to NTA, and topping up on WGB which is trading a discount to NTA. Seems like a reasonable financial strategy to me. Sell high, buy low. And keeping his personal money in-house. Maybe he is also expecting a rally in the $USD. Who knows.... I'm OK with following the big money from a well connected insider who should know how things are tracking in the WGB portfolio.
