That's probably the most obvious area of the market to buy a dollar for 80c at the moment even based on the reducing property valuations.

Between WAR and WGB the more recent Wilson funds have really struggled for traction.

I'd like to see this one succeed because it's quite a unique idea but it's hard to generate much value when their sitting on both a big cash pile plus a heap of WGB shares which they don't want to sell as they are also trading at a big NTA discount.

Yeah , REITs look attractive now , they may get more attractive with another rate rise or two.....

WAR will have to deploy cash at some stage .
