It's almost always a bad sign when a director is selling. The reason for the sale as "strategic balancing of the portfolio" seems pretty weak. If the reason was to exercise share options or pay a tax bill then it's generally more acceptable. Anyway, I've also sold on the back of this action and will look to get in at lower levels.
