re: Ann: Appendix 3Y - Change of Director'... This reminds me of an election, when politicians say and do anything to be elected and then promptly ignore you until the next election. Buying shares, kissing babies, it's the same thing.


Or maybe management need more shares for "Yes" votes for the merger.
