The facts are BTA is a good company but the share price is low. CEO, directors, mngt said the market does not appreciate the value of BTA, they want BTA goes to USA, get away from the australian market. At the announcement it was 90c and got down since then : what the Australian market wants from BTA, how to make them happy/excited ? I suggested that the shareholders to hold their shares, and vote NO if they are not happy with the merger...they continue to sell at a low price.... I have changed my mind, starts to believe the company theory bc if BTA is still in Australia, the market is never happy, share price does not go anywhere...now CEO, Directors buy share to make sure it does not goes down further.. So only one way to gamble is to vote YES, BTA must go to trade in USA, the faster is the better...I got sick with Australian market, do not know what they want??????
