    BTA shareprice must also be keep under 84 cents as well.

    BTA mgmt have no plan b. Just this NABI deal at any cost to BTA holders.

    I actually still had faith in them until they pitched this reverse takeover with the wrong type of company.

    Piper Jeffery stiched them up and they took the bait.
