Hi goarmy, I know your hurting from the price of CZI, but welcome to the mining sector. Explorers are out of favour at the moment.
The company is aware that it needs to minimize dilution of stock via CR's and has hence done the deal with Oz Minerals where Oz will contribute considerable funds over the course of the project up to and potentially beyond the BFS stage.
I don't know how CZI could have done this any better to minimize CR's??? But since management reads HC, I'm sure they'd be up for some positive ideas on how they could do better now and into the future if you have some.
Do you believe management gave too much of the project away? Because if they agreed to lesser terms with OZ in exchange for CZI doing more, you're asking for more CR's. It's always a fine balance, especially when some say it's the producer in the negotiations that hold all the cards. It isn't easy for any explorer to strike a meaningful deal in this climate.
