It's not a great look but it was only a small portion of his total holding. It was 85k worth. Maybe he needed a car? can't be driving around in a Honda as a director. Between him and his wife they're still holding a lot of stock and options which are exercisable at 4 cents. I don't see it as anything to be concerned about.
