Just a bit of sloppyness filling in paperwork I guess.
I've been playing the game with MXC for a cupla years now. They are master SP manipulators and I've ridden the wave and made a few bucks but the market and shareholders will tire of these deals that don't eventuate, that's if they were deals at all.
I see rumours floating around on the investors fb page about a possible $30mill takeover of the cosmetics division. Personally, I don't see how it could be worth that much. If they had developed a world leading cbd based technology, one would think it would've made a fairly big impact on the world cosmetics market already.
The TGA hasn't made it easy for these public MC companies to go out and bring in massive revenue in these early days of the new legal industry but the disdain alot of the companies show for their shareholders by paying themselves massive salaries and bonuses in the way of shares bugs me these days.
I will be very interested to watch how this Malta deal goes. No excuses now for management, they have been given a great opportunity and five mill to play with...lets see if they can back up their talk.
