Agree but technically they didn't take up their full allocation. As they have multiple accounts they would have been able to apply for $15000 worth of shares across each of the accounts rather than just taking up $15000 worth of shares (300,000 shares).
I took up more than that but I'm not complaining because PC has supported every CR and then some more and has plenty of skin in the game.
