Agree directors or ceo's cannot sell when nothing new is not in the market place - all is known.
Maybe getting his affairs in order - I wish him well and hope not. Tax issues or a fund who could not buy a sub quantatity - we don't know if it was a X trade on market. Asking the company wont help - he does not have to disclose.
At least its a defensive stock what ever that really means and tracks to index pretty well.
I don't think any surprises around the corner.
