The bloke can't get a break. If he would have purchased on market everyone would have been like "look he is artificially raising the price" etc etc. Take it for what it is, he wants more share in this speculative company which means
- more skin in the game for the Chair +++
- less available shares for new investors which will shoot price up further.+++
