Displaying proof of monetisation and profitability concept in the next 12 months will see them earn this. Failure to do so will see capital raising as a likely outcome. A large, but worthwhile, risk at the current prices IMO.

Not significant salaries at all, most of their wealth is reliant on performance parameters to be met through the long term incentive plan... and most of the performance options are exercisable at 25cents to 30cents.
