Obviously, if this can be completed successfully then the sky is the limit. I am however somewhat wary of the sizeable (but not ridiculous) wages the directors have paid themselves (some around $300k per annum). Displaying proof of monetisation and profitability concept in the next 12 months will see them earn this. Failure to do so will see capital raising as a likely outcome. A large, but worthwhile, risk at the current prices IMO.

Not significant salaries at all, most of their wealth is reliant on performance parameters to be met through the long term incentive plan... and most of the performance options are exercisable at 25cents to 30cents.
