Good question though I'm probably not the best one to ask, as I need to research fundamentals a little more closely
From a TA perspective they both seem oversold and ripe for a rebound.
Have watched both for a while and from all I know about Westfield is they have some US centres, dunno if US retail is gonna improve anytime soon, though in Australia both have quality assets imo
WFD P/E @ 6, SCG @ 8ish.
I think WFD will have a great few days and next week too, hopefully SCG continues stabilising at these levels and already showing recovery
