Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Mike brings valuable international financial management experience.
Mike’s most recent executive position was as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of Fluor Corporation where his focus was on risk and project management, SOX, compliance and ethics, capital structure strength and development of world-class finance function.
Previously Mike has been CFO of Litton Industries; CFO of GenCorp Inc; and prior to that, held developmental controllership and treasury positions in US and Europe with TRW Inc.
Mike also holds Board positions with ProLogisInc; Weyerhaeuser Corporation; and Kurion Inc.
Mike earned both Bachelors and Masters degrees from the Carnegie Mellon University and has completed Post Graduate training at Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
