This is honestly unbelievable, he has added close to 100 million shares without notifying the market over 2 months, not issuing a single 3Y!!!!! Thats a further 30% to his holding!!!
In this time there have been 7 price sensitive announcements including the new deal announced with JAYPLUS!!!!
To be clear Directors are required to report ALL transactions within 3 x business days no matter what size!!! They have different rules and higher standards to adhere to being a director of the company as opposed to just a substantial holder!!
You have to wonder, if such a fuss wasnt kicked up here and via emails to the company, the ASX and ASIC if they would have ever bothered to release this information.
All potentially dubious dealings aside, is this a good thing for holders???
