I would start dipping in if I were you, cause by the time you decide to buy you will be paying over 3.20, but hey, what do I know.
I've been chipping away at these between 3.10 - 3.30 recently. Over the last 6 years, they have been a great little earner for me, buy/sell, selling options over them, and some small dividends. Definitely a BUY at these levels.
