sorry, I was unclear re my post... aside from some few thousand cap raise take up, these directors should be buying on market now - if EHL is such a bargain (which I think)... and they actually have the ability to control the bargain as directors

Emeco seems they should be in a 'dont touch it, it aint broke' mode; take the $70 mill per year cash flow and pay down the 9.25% debt; start a dividend as soon as the tax losses are used up; they can even dividend this year and get franking, if my numbers are correct....

so with the $70 mill free cash, you pay a 2 cent franked dividend ($11 mill cost) and pay down $59 mill of debt. Then next year you do a 4 cent franked dividend ($22 mill cost) and pay down $48 mill of debt; then repeat that for two more years and your current $250 mill debt is paid, so you are debt free with a PE under 10, paying a 5% franked dividend

all the work on Emeco now should be on the edges... make the software on the monster trucks a bit better (I hear it is good); try to figure out how to get debt lower than 9.25% (if you dont go completely debt free); find out how to be a little more efficient here and there; do good corporate citizen things; just be a boring, good, company = no trucks for Elon Musk on Mars

I am hearing today WPL is happy to ship gas to east coast if ScoMo builds a pipeline.... ha ha, ScoMo.. put your money where your mouth is; we have the big trucks you can lease to scape a path for the pipeline

Seems yesterday was indeed a one seller dump; today more normal... at a $hitty price level... unless you are a buyer, I guess... who the heck would sell at this price (sadly, I have a few shares I am asking that question of)
