Sorry DoubleDown , you seemed a little confused with the above 3Y announcement . Let me explain it in simple basic terms , A director ( PO ) has transferred shares from the family trust account and placed them into his super fund . I won’t go into the tax advantages but it does send a positive message when you see key management personnel planning for their financial future with NOR shares . I hope this explanation helps .
