Disagree incentives have been proven to increase performance.
Further for our holdings the dilution is minimal, and if they underperform I don't want them being paid the same as if they were to perform. The issues going on are not the fault of c-suite and directors, and they are trying to adapt and mitigate risks (like through making some penfold from overseas moving forwards, as discussed in the agm).
