well I’ve got to hand it to our CEO, he stumped up $450k of his own money for more TWE shares that were in a slight loss prior to finalisation. Good on him, he’s clearly confident in the new acquisition. Nothing more that I like to see than insiders purchasing a large amount of stock.
it’s also worth nothing he holds a truckload of existing shares and performance options too. He didn’t need to stump up another $450k of his own money given his remuneration package issues a lot anyway.
Very impressed with this. Good work Tim. A vote of confidence during this period of underperformance in the stock price.
