Since the stock is opened until recently there has been 2-3M per day traded well above the average for this stock. and yes, Pakky used to hold what he claimed here. I am not sure about now.
I do not exactly get what you mean about foreign takeovers. Everyone is afraid of losing money. in this particular case, the major holders are not worried about the stock price as they got the business for practically nothing, and they are using it for reasons other than benefiting the shareholders.
When placing bets, remember the son's purchase of the shares has nothing to do with long term success of the business.
