Ive done some more research into your theory and am somewhat swallowing a bit of pride, not that i let it takeover too much anyway... but i think theres definitely merit in what your saying. Ive been reading a ton of case examples and research on what RCF does and their investments into companies, particularly IAMGOLD where their board was changed in this case.
I couldnt find alot of other cases where RCF actively wanted to throw the board out but rather, helped them better manage the company with particular respects to ESG and governance which SYA clearly needs.
Ide be suprised but not dissapointed if there was a fresh change, but i think more realistically RCF can implement some improvements amongst the board without a huge personel change.
