Janchor hasn’t added to their voting shares but they’ve just picked up another 1.6 million in non-voting cash-settled derivative exposure. That takes their total derivative position to over 85 million shares and their total economic interest to 242.5 million shares.
They’re clearly loading up without triggering substantial holder notices or takeover thresholds. Could be positioning for whatever happens next with Dyno Nobel – IPO, sale, restructure, who knows. Looks like they want the upside without drawing attention. Keep an eye out.
