Maybe you are right, but there is one other dynamic that hasn't been factored into the equation and that's the $AUD. I think it's interesting that SBM price started to recover with RBA announcement to cut rate.
I think there is value to be had long term, regardless of which way gold price goes short term. Could easily fall back to 50-60c range, but could just as easily climb to $1-1.50 range. Last three days it traded from 51-81c, that's huge.
I think in 6 months time, I will be kicking myself if I don't buy more at these prices. DYOR.
