re: Ann: Appendix 3Y - Change of Director'... With these 35 cent 31 December 2014 Options now being officially provided from the recent AGM to McLeod, Sutton and Torpey ...it would seem that they have positioned themselves very well, in advance of EEG having an SP hike in value around September this year ...when the DEC are expected to give conditional approval for the lifting of the fracking ban in New York State.

The upside as we draw closer to this September 2012 and the onflowing speculation into 2013, as to how EEG can cash in on the expected land value windfall, will only add to a solid SP baseline.

No wonder EEG Chairman, Bruce Mcleod regards EEG's current bargain basement share price as a "free option" price, just like these 3 dudes have been granted.

This granting of options, also adds to the further management stability of EEG, leading into further profitable acquisitions, soon.
