I haven't followed this too closely can someone highlight the fundamentals for the stock crash from $13 to $4.60?
From what I gather:
Digital reit went to shit due to oversupply around the world. The long disappointing HCW healthcare reit is further dragged down by the loss making healthscope hospitals needing rent reduction - I may be wrong but I read that di pilla may even consider buying the business, which i believe is disaster as hospitals mgmt is really out of the scope of a ubs banker, especially when the main issues are costs and staffing which are hard to get.
There is a line where we can calculate the tangible net worth of this vs market cap, has anyone done the calculations for this, that is the actual worth of the assets it owns?
