NTA per share was $2.78 FY 2024 close (Intelligent Investor) ... I sold 200K worth around $11 6-9 mths ago - I couldn't justify the share price at $11 so I sold. No doubt the Data Centre listing hurt them after the other poor showing in HDN and HCW. Their fees on these listings are great for HMC, but are they sustainable? CEO and major shareholder has a reputation amongst some institutions of being a "shark".
