Don't post things out of context, it relates to Francis Wedin's performance rights (date of change 14 August 2023) and he has previously indicated he is happy to minimise shareholder dilution, is fairly remunerated and does not require further incentives (performance rights etc). On the other hand, why don't you panic and sell everything, might be wise of you.
