So last year he sold 30000 @ 37.09 = $1.1M
This year he sold 250,000 @ $20 = $5M
My theory is PC dumped his share portfolio when COVID19 hit and took a massive capital gain in the financial year.
He has now ploughed the money back into the investments at lower price but still needs to pay the tax.
