But for the benefit of anyone wanting to understand that AC or the company lodging the 3Y appendix means no more than locking in his option to buy them at a later date and still does not mean he actually has too and has not locked him into the loan in the unlikely event that it was unprofitable to do so. Best that anyone who is wanting to know the truth about how these share options and loans work should simply call CVN rather than be misled on the subject by posters that have other agendas.
