Have I got this right.
Cooks performance sees the share price plummet from 23 cents to 11.5 in approximately 12 months so the board sees fit to give him 4.5 million performance shares just over the lowest price in years.
if that's right then there needs to be changes made.
Cooks salary is more than enough..
