Totally agree these free performance shares are just ridiculous; what performance!
He has the best job .....paid $638,000 in Fy23 for at best a part time role, share price back to 2019 levels and he gets 4.5m performance shares is an utter disgrace and the discription of these free shares should be called "failure shares".
And whislt some may say its not his fault that the project is stuck, it not the shareholders fault either but we dont get a dividiend or a massive salary or free shares. Cannot see any allignment with shareholders in this disgraceful grab.
AC salary should he at least halved, and all these performance shares voided.
The board all should be sacked.
