    Shirley you can't be serious.

    I'm not overly concerned at the volume of Mr Bradshaws initial purchase, the fact that he is an ex CEO Tungsten specialist with strong connections to EQR would make him an ideal candidate for CEO of EQR. My immediate thoughts are based around why he didn't fill the position given he is qualified and the company holds him in such high regard.
