"Executive KMP are expected to build a holding of shares or vested rights of greater than 50% of their TFR within a three-year period."
(KMP = Key Management Personnel. TFR = interestingly not in the Glossary but assume it stands for Total Financial Remuneration.)

So the buying doesn't necessarily mean anything is coming unfortunately. Hope it does.
