It’s absolutely normal for manager to do so, they can only do it after all news released to the market and he believes the SP will go much higher so he can sell when next time the news release to the market. I Called XST today and they are very confident with where the company heading. so don’t need to over read this. Supper conference the share price to bounce back hard !
