    underwriting WCNOE? Can you please explain? Not sure if I have ever been part of any options which got underwritten... for IPOs and SPPs it is quite common but never heard for oppies... would like to know more about how it is done if the sp is still (say) uner 1.5c in our case around Feb end? The underwiter "converts" them into shares by paying 1.5c each as it would be for IPOs and SPPs?
