Why did he immediately gift them? Is the giftee going to immediately sell them with no reporting obligations? Sounds like a possible stunt to me, to suck in those who like such announcements.
I've got a little short happening today - so I am happy to provide the dark side - lol, but the same thought would have occurred if I was long, like I was Monday.
