As for the 16.8 cents avearge price he paid, I would go further than your "Not bad" and say it is unbelievable ..... the low over the last 30 trading sessions was 18.75 cents (23rd June) and on the day this occurred, 30th June, the low was 22 cents. I suspect he has given a US$ value for these trades which would convert to @ AUD 0.245. This makes much more sense and fits nicely in to the trading range of that day. In addition I also note that Mr. Hoey is US based.
