That being said I was once anticipating 4DS gains could fund my planned beachside acerage.
With those pesky post bake 3 oops delays had to let that one slide & so leveraged other means to secure my dream late '23.
DA for the build will take 9-12 months (BAL 40, for good reason) so plenty of time for 4DS to be sold for...
ps, I'd accept US$4b
