In separate transactions which did not represent a change in the director’s notifiable interests, 675,000 shares were transferred from Charmian Investments Pty Ltd to Charmian Super Pty Ltd. "

The  the sp is low and going to rise, this is the best time to transfer shares from personal ownership to the tax-advantaged superannuation arrangements - 2 reasons being that you can get more shares in under capped contributions and you have a lower base on which to pay capital gains (on personal account) and on which to accrue tax-advantaged gains in super.
